Biker prosecuted for pothole accident
A biker in Somerset is being prosecuted for Driving Without Due Care & Attention after coming off his bike due to a pothole
The rider lost control of his Suzuki motorbike as he went over the pothole. He ended up with an eye hemorrhage, punctured lung and ligament damage. Avon and Somerset Police have since charged the man with Driving Without Due Care & Attention. Independent accident investigators have confirmed that the incident was not the fault of the biker and was as a result of the pothole in the road.
