Mobility scooter riders to get lessons

Riders of electric mobility scooters are to get lessons on how to manoeuvre by Norfolk Police

The scheme will teach riders reversing skills, steering skills through a series of traffic cones along with general road safety tips. Great Yarmouth officers decided to put forward the scheme after a series of incidents involving mobility scooters. Riders of electric powered scooters do not need to ass a test nor do they need insurance.
