Motorcyclist Fine

A motorcyclist from Devon has been forced by the County Council to pay for signage used after he had an accident

The accident, in which he suffered serious head injuries, required the Council to put out four road closed and five diversion signs as well as sixteen road cones and seven sandbags, totalling £505. The Council say that they regularly recover costs from motorists where the person is responsible for the damage on the highway.
