CCTV footage caught parking authorities in Israel painting disabled parking markings around an already parked car
The owner of the car, Hila Ben Baruch was ordered to pay a parking fine of £170 as well as towing costs, after being accused of illegally parking in Tel Aviv. She later found the CCTV footage. Tel Aviv has issued a refund of her fine as well as an apology.
