Top Gear goes stateside

The cult BBC motoring program, Top Gear, is to be remade for US viewers

BBC Worldwide Productions is filming the US version of the program which is due to be aired in August on the History Channel. Hammond, May and Clarkson will be replaced by American presenters, Adam Ferrara (comedian), Tanner Foust (stunt driver) and Rutledge Wood (reporter). Whether the Stig’s American cousin makes an appearance is yet to be seen.
