Car park split

A car park in Wales may have free parking at one end and pay and display at the other end

The car park falls over two councils in the town of Llanfyllin in mid-Wales. Llanfyllin Town Council want to keep their side of the car park free to attract tourists but Powys County Council want to charge for their half. Residents are concerned over how they plan to split the car park in half to avoid confusion as to whether motorists have to pay or not.
