New Mexico’s largest city, Albuquerque is set to fine drivers for revving their cars
The move, to initially affect a half mile ‘Quiet Zone’ in downtown Albuquerque, will attract a fine of up to $500 as well as possible imprisonment and/or car seizures. The Police will target motorcyclists initially then expand the law to other vehicles.
