Motorist arrested driving away from disqualification
A 24-year-old driver who was given a 9 month disqualification was arrested driving away from the Court
The driver was in Court for doing 67mph in a 40mph limit near the Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex, a notorious hotspot for boy racers. He was caught by a Police operation known as “Operation Wagtail” to stop the number of young motorists using the road as a speedway. The motorist now faces charges of driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance.
