Road markings worn out

Research shows that nearly 33% of the single carriageway road network in Britain has sub-standard road markings

1500 miles of road network has been surveyed by the Road Safety Marking Association and the results show that only 29% of line markings meet the recognised standard. 14% are completely worn, increasing the chance of accidents occurring.
