The famous car from the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang has been banned
The car was due to be involved in a Lord Mayors procession through Norwich town centre but Police have banned the vehicle because it has no MOT. The road, even though it is closed, is still a public highway and any vehicle using it would require a valid MOT certificate.
