DVLA lose data
Over 1,000 car registration forms have been stolen from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), it was revealed in parliament.This is another data loss by the DVLA. In 2007 they lost 1000’s of learner driver details and last week sent out over 62,000 duplicate tax discs. Driving licence errors have also occurred. A doctor has lived with an incorrect title of ‘reverend’ on his licence for more than 9 years and gave up trying to get it amended
