Careless driving in a combine harvester

A Scottish man has been found guilty of careless driving whilst in charge of a combine harvester

The 69 year old farm worker was found guilty of careless driving after driving down a single track road, failing to stop for pedestrians and spooking a horse which then unseated the rider and took off for half a mile. The Judge said that this was more than a “simple error of judgement” based on the number of years of working on a farm.
