Road traffic data from one of the leading Sat-Nav manufacturers shows M25 had 50% of the worst traffic jams in July.
Most notable was a traffic jam 49 miles long that stretched from junction 19 at Watford to junction 5 at Sevenoaks on the 29th July. Twice in July between junction 8 and 16 there were tailbacks of around 27 miles. The data revealed that the worst day for jams across the UK was the 8th July at 4pm, with nearly 1027 miles of road at a standstill.
