43 year old Steve Kean from Surrey has been banned from driving for 18 months
According to the prosecution, he was stopped by Police travelling along the M6 at 90mph and found to be nearly twice the legal limit. He was given the 18 month ban as well as fined £1,800 after his claim that his drink had been spiked failed.
