Learner fails theory test 107 times
A hapless learner driver has broken the record for failing the theory test
Propping up HM Treasuries pockets by paying £31 each time, the unknown 28 year old has failed the theory test a whopping 107 times. He has so far spent the sum of £3317 on re-sits. We’re just wondering that there can’t be that many variations in the questions; surely he has learned them all by now?
