Ken Lupton, the Conservative candidate for Cleveland, faces a possible driving ban after at least four speeding offences

Mr Luton is due to attend Teesside Magistrates Court on December 4th. He has already completed the speed awareness course for a previous offence. He says the offences were “an embarrassment” in light of his candidacy for Police Commissioner
