Pressure from RoSPA and the IAM for the end of BST increases amid new research
Both groups conducted surveys with RoSPA receiving a 92% vote and the IAM 65% in favour of seeing an extra hour of evening daylight all year round, across the UK. Research shows that lighter evenings will save 80 lives and 200 serious injuries from road traffic accidents every year.
