Website provides accident locations and reports

A website that uses data from the Department for Transport provides an easy way for people to find accidents by postcode

www.crashmap.co.uk shows accidents by location that have been reported to the Police since 2005. Users can search by postcode and it uses Google Maps to display the crash location. A detailed report of a specific incident is then available to download £1 at a time. The site uses official Government data which is normally available in spreadsheet format, then presents it in a user friendly interface.
