Caught steering with knees whilst texting and making a call

A Norfolk motorists has been found guilty of using a mobile phone whilst driving, driving with no insurance and not having control over his vehicle by Norwich Magistrates’ Court

The 34-year-old was stopped by Police on a 70mph stretch of the A47 when they noticed a phone to his ear. On closer inspection they discovered he was using his other hand to send a text message on another phone. The unemployed man had a history of offences from drink driving, speeding and a previous offence of no insurance.
