Flame throwing scooter

A plumber from Stamford has come up with an ingenious way to relieve road rage, a flame thrower on the back of his scooter

The plumber converted the scooter to produce a 15ft long flame activated from a button on the handlebar. The conversion took a month and three attempts to get right. Even the angle of the flames can be adjusted. He has been told though that if he uses the device on a public road he could face firearms charges.
