Judge banned for drink driving
A former circuit judge has been banned from driving for 2 years and fined £1200 for being 3 times over the limit
The judge was stopped by Police after they observed him driving his car on the M6 in an erratic manner and found a half empty bottle of vodka in the passenger seat. He was fined £1200 and banned from driving for 2 years as well as having to resign from his job as a judge.
