Speeding Tractors Part 2
Germany this time, a tractor has been clocked by a speed camera travelling at almost 76mph
The farmer insists that although his tractor is fairly new and has quite a powerful engine, there is no way on earth it could reach that speed. In fact top speed of the vehicle is only 24mph. The camera photo evidence clearly shows the tractor. Experts suggest the camera was out of sync and photographed the tractor but recorded the speed of a vehicle that had just gone through the camera. The farmer is fighting the speeding ticket.
