Gatso copyright
East Sussex Police claim that the photos taken by Gatso cameras are copyrighted
A motorcyclist proved in June 2008 that the reading from a Gatso camera was wrong by using measurements made from the photographic evidence from the camera. The Police considered the photos copyright material after they were posted on a website and ordered them to be taken down. It is thought that the camera partnership did not want it made public that a speed can be calculated by using the photographs
