Speed camera refunds

Dorset Safety Camera Partnership will have to refund motorists due to admin error

The blunder identified the location of a speed camera wrongly on the legal paperwork which effectively means every ticket issued (nearly 25,000) since the order was drafted is invalid. The Partnership will refund fines and remove penalty points on licences as far back as 10 years. The error was discovered when a lorry driver challenged his ticket in court.
