Scientists have discovered a parasite that may be responsible for a million of the world’s annual road fatalities
The parasite, known as Toxoplasma, or Toxo, originates in rodents and can get passed onto cats and then humans via undercooked meat that has been in contact with cat faeces. The parasite can slow down drivers reactions, but only those that have a specific blood type, Rh-Negative.
