Motorcycle test unsafe

The new motorcycle test, designed to make riders safer, has already caused 15 learners to come offThe new test includes a manoeuvre known as the swerve test, which requires the rider to accelerate to just over 30mph, then swerve. Already there have been 15 incidents when learners carried out the test and one case of broken bones. The swerve test was added as a result of consultation with professionals and the motorcycle industry.
