Camera challenge thrown out
A man who tried to prove the illegality of speed cameras, since he was caught speeding in 2006, has had his case thrown outJudges rejected his appeal and called it a misuse of public time and money with days of evidence and submissions at district and appellate court levels. His technical argument was unsupported all in respect to a small fine and minimum penalty points.
